Cage the Elephant, Cold War Kids and The 1975 are pretty good indie bands that should have the top ten singles that Imagine Fagons take. The band doesnot deserve anyof their success. Does anyone agree with me? Because "Amsterdam" proves that the band has nothing left, ripping off "Tiptoe" on the same damn album. They are pretty bland, and on songs like Underdog or Rocks they end up falling short. Rennolds' vocals aren't that good besides from Radiaoctive and Tiptoe. I hate confident people, I want them to suffer, and I want the Imagine Dragons to do so too. Music is meant to express depression, not happiness. "On Top of the World" is practiclly the worst song on the album. The chorus is anthemic and arena-meant for, yet comes up empty in the end. "Demons" rips off Cold Play, an already *** band to begin with. "I'm never changing who I am" belongs in baby shows, while "Giving the academy a rain check" is meant for pretentious ***s. "It's Time" has corny lyrics and some lyrics that don't mean bull***. It's pretty ***ing catchy and has good vocals by Danny Rennolds. "Tiptoe" and its 80's-synth riff produces the only other highlight on the album. "I'M WAKING UP I FEEL IT IN MY BONES" like an orgasm haha The more angrier an album is, the better. With a dubstep feel reminiscent of thrash metal and angry vocals, the angst highlights the penetrating anger and fury, which is what I look for. Lead single Radioactive was the band's biggest hit, and it opens the album rather nicely. It has no emotion whatsoever and also is bland and boring. Look no further than Imagine Dragon's craptastic debut album, Night Visions. Fun set the world on fire, and because of it, indie music has taken a turn for the worse. In 2015 Imagine Dragons released the song "I Was Me," with proceeds from the release going to the UN Refugee Agency.Indie music is becoming a pile of dog *** lately. They have been part of fundraising events for "Do The Write Thing: National Campaign to Stop Violence," and have performed concerts in support of Amnesty International. The band has raised more than $100,000 through the Playing It Forward street performance program to support school music programs. In 2013 Imagine Dragons founded the Tyler Robinson Foundation to supply guidance, aid and support to young people with cancer.
